FERC Proceedings definition

FERC Proceedings means the EL00-95 Proceeding, the EL01-10 Proceeding, the EL01-68 Proceeding, the EL09-56 Proceeding, the Gaming/Partnership Proceeding, the IN03-10 Proceeding, the PA02-2 Proceeding, the ISO Re-Run Proceeding, the Lockyer v. FERC Remand, CPUC v. FERC Remand, the BPA v. FERC Remand, and the Physical Withholding Investigation, and related appeals of orders in those proceedings and any proceedings upon remand.
FERC Proceedings means the EL00-95 Proceeding, the EL01-10 Proceeding, the EL01-68 Proceeding, the EL09-56 Proceeding, the Gaming/Partnership Proceeding, the IN03-10 Proceeding, the ISO Re-Run Proceeding, and the Physical Withholding Investigation, and related appeals of orders in those proceedings and any proceedings upon remand. The term “FERC Proceedings” also includes the PA02-2 Proceeding insofar as that proceeding concerns Settling Supplier’s sales into the California Markets and/or short term sales to CERS during the Settlement Period.
FERC Proceedings means the FERC Refund Proceeding, the Partnership/Gaming Proceeding, and the FERC proceedings in FERC Docket Nos. PA02-2 and IN03-10 and any related appeals and/or petitions for review and any proceedings on remand.

More Definitions of FERC Proceedings

FERC Proceedings means the Refund Proceeding and any related appeals and/or petitions for review and any proceedings on remand relating to the foregoing proceeding insofar and only to the extent that such proceedings are related to the APX Transactions.
FERC Proceedings means the EL00-95 Proceeding (including the BPA v. FERC Remand and the CPUC v. FERC Remand), the EL01-10 Proceeding, the EL01-68 Pro- ceeding, the EL02-71 Proceeding, the EL09-56 Proceeding, the Gaming/Partnership Proceeding, the IN03-10 Proceeding, the ISO Re-Run Proceeding, and the Physical Withholding Investigation, and related appeals of orders in those proceedings and any proceedings upon remand. The term “FERC Proceedings” also includes the PA02-2 Proceeding insofar as that proceeding concerns Settling Supplier’s sales into the Cali- fornia Markets and/or short term sales to CERS during the Settlement Period. The “FERC Proceedings” do not include the EL02-60/62 Proceeding or any other proceed- ings regarding the “Agreement” or the “Continental Forge Settlement Agreement” as each such term is defined in the Long-Term Contract Settlement Agreement.

FERC Proceedings means, collectively, the FERC Refund Proceeding, the FERC Long-Term Contract Proceeding, the FERC Gaming Proceeding, the FERC RMR Proceedings, the FERC MBR Proceedings, and proceedings conducted before FERC in FERC Docket No. EL01-10, and any related appeals.

Related to FERC Proceedings

  • CCAA Proceedings means the proceedings commenced by the Applicant under the CCAA as contemplated by the Initial Order;
