Fill materials definition

Fill materials means soil, sand, gravel, crushed stone, pea gravel and agricultural lime used to occupy space between and below sealing materials in abandoned wells being plugged.
Fill materials has the meaning given to it in Section 7.1.11.1.

Examples of Fill materials in a sentence

  • Fill materials shall be sorted to remove large rocks over 6 inches in diameter near the surface, which may interfere with surface blading.

Related to Fill materials

  • Fill material means material deposited in accordance with these specifications from any of the classes specified in order to build up an earthworks construction to formation level as shown on the Drawings or as ordered by the Project Manager. The Contractor shall obtain the fill material from a source approved by the Project Manager.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Biological Materials means any material (including, without limitation, plants, animals, microbes or viruses) of biological origin which contains genetic information capable of reproduction and/or material derived from the same that is collected or produced through the Contract;

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.
