FILO A Loan definition

FILO A Loan means a FILO Loan that, as of any date of determination, has an Effective LTV of less than or equal to 60% and Total Net Leverage Ratio less than or equal to 5.5x.

  • Revolving Facility Loan means a Loan made by a Revolving Facility Lender pursuant to Section 2.01(b). Unless the context otherwise requires, the term “Revolving Facility Loans” shall include the Other Revolving Loans.

  • U.S. Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan made to the U.S. Borrower by the U.S. Revolving Lenders.

  • Tranche A Loans means the Loans made pursuant to the Tranche A Commitment.

  • Term B Loan is defined in Section 2.2(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Loan Advance The meaning specified in Section 2.2(a).

  • Tranche C Loan means an extension of credit by a Lender to TFA under Article II. Except as provided in Section 2.16(c), Tranche C Loans shall be denominated in Australian Dollars.
