Tranche B Loan definition
Tranche B Loan is defined in Section 2.2(a)(ii).
Tranche B Loan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(b).

More Definitions of Tranche B Loan
Tranche B Loan means any Loan made or deemed made by the Banks pursuant to Section 2.01(c), and shall include any incremental Tranche B Loan made pursuant to Section 2.15 and “Tranche B Loans” means the aggregate principal amount of the Tranche B Loans of all the Banks.

Tranche B Loans may be denominated in Canadian Dollars (as Canadian Prime Rate Loans or Eurocurrency Rate Loans), US Dollars (as Base Rate Loans or Eurocurrency Rate Loans) or any Alternative Currency (as Eurocurrency Rate Loans).
Tranche B Loan means a Loan made pursuant to clause (b) of Section 2.01.
