Final Approval Motion definition

Final Approval Motion means the motion Plaintiffs will file in support of the Court’s final approval of the Settlement.
Final Approval Motion means the motion to be filed by Co-Lead Class Counsel requesting that the Court grant final approval of the Settlement pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(e).
