Final Bond Payment Date definition

Final Bond Payment Date means the date on which all of the Bond Payments have been made, whether before, on or after the last scheduled Principal Payment Date.
Final Bond Payment Date means the date on which all of the Bond Payments have been made, whether before, on or after the last scheduled Principal Payment Date not to exceed thirty (30) years from the dated date of the Bond. “GO Act” shall mean the Sections 19-9-1 through 19-9-31, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.

  • Distribution Payment Date has the meaning set forth in paragraph 2(b) of Annex I.

  • Excess Cash Payment Date means the date occurring 95 days after the last day of each Fiscal Year of Holdings (commencing with the Fiscal Year of Holdings ended December 31, 2010).
