Final Commercial Invoice definition

Final Commercial Invoice means the Final Commercial Invoice that is issued by the Seller after the commodity finally arrives, then the net weight report will be issued and together with the assay results, the LBMA price and all the rest of the expenses are known, then the Final Commercial Invoice would be issued by the Seller, which must be signed by both the Seller and the Buyer in the presence of one of the Buyer’s Bank Officers or any other party that is listed in the SPA;
Final Commercial Invoice has the meaning given in clause 9.7.1;

  • The Calculated Price for The Final Commercial Invoice Shall Be Based on the Q&Q Report at POD and On The THREE-DAY AVERAGE OF DATED (DTD) BRENT Day of Closing.

  • Final settlement (‘Final Payment’) shall be made promptly by the owing party when all final details relating to weight, assays and prices become known against the Final Commercial Invoice and Independent Assayer’s assay/weight report.

  • If Full Payment is not received within a maximum of five (5) banking days of Buyer receiving the Final Commercial Invoice, Full Cargo Document and Title on Cargo, Seller’s Bank has the right to call the Buyer’s Stand-By Letter of Credit for settlement of total cost of cargo.

Related to Final Commercial Invoice

  • Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Valid Invoice means an invoice containing the detailed information set out in clause C2 (Payment and VAT).

  • Invoice means a Contractor’s claim for payment. At the Agency’s discretion, claims may be submitted on an original invoice from the Contractor or may be submitted on a claim form acceptable to the Agency, such as a General Accounting Expenditure (GAX) form.

  • Tax Invoice means the document as required by Section 20 of the VAT Act, as may be amended from time to time;

  • Commercial Launch means the initial First Commercial Sale of a Product in the Territory.

  • Commencement of Commercial Production means: (i) if a mill is located on the Property, the last day of a period of 40 consecutive days in which, for not less than 30 days, the mill processed ore from the Property at 60% of its rated concentrating capacity; or (ii) if a mill is not located on the Property, the last day of a period of 30 consecutive days during which ore has been shipped from the Property on a reasonably regular basis for the purpose of earning revenues, but any period of time during which ore or concentrate is shipped from the Property for testing purposes, or during which milling operations are undertaken as initial tune-up, shall not be taken into account in determining the date of Commencement of Commercial Production;

  • Contracted Services means covered services that are to be provided by the Contractor under the terms of this Contract.

  • Procurement item means an item of personal property, a technology, a service, or a construction project.

  • Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an approved vendor list through the approved vendor list process.

  • Product Schedule means the “Product Schedule” that forms part of the Contract.

  • Non-Participating Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist means a Certified Clinical Nurse Specialist who does not have a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.
