Final Invoice definition

Final Invoice is defined in Section 9.10(a).

Final Invoice means the closing In- voice prepared for a given Task Order. Financial Consultant means a Con- sultant retained pursuant to this part to provide financial advisory services. § 1789.166.

Final Invoice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(b).
