Final Invoice definition

Final Invoice is defined in Section 9.10(a).

Final Invoice shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.9(b).

Final Invoice means the closing In- voice prepared for a given Task Order. Financial Consultant means a Con- sultant retained pursuant to this part to provide financial advisory services. Funding Agreement means an agree- ment, between a Borrower and a Con- sultant, providing for the Borrower to fund the costs of a Task Order and oth- erwise meeting the requirements of § 1789.166.

• Since this account will thereupon be closed, any and other further charges if not properly included on this Final Invoice are waived by the CONTRACTOR and the CITY shall have no obligations for any other costs or expenses thereafter.

More Definitions of Final Invoice

Final Invoice means the invoice raised by Contractor on Completion of Services in respect of all outstanding amounts.
