Final Court Action definition

Final Court Action means a final order or opinion issued by a court of competent jurisdiction by which the Town or any Owner is bound, where no appeal can be taken or the time for filing an appeal has expired.

  • Trial court means the court or agency from which an appeal or judicial review is taken.
