Final Map definition

Final Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.
Final Map means a subdivision of property by recordation of a final map, parcel map, or lot line adjustment, pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act (California Government Code Section 66410 et seq.) or recordation of a condominium plan pursuant to California Civil Code 1352 that creates individual lots for which building permits may be issued without further subdivision.
Final Map means a final map, or portion thereof, approved by the City or County pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act (California Government Code Section 66410 et seq) that creates SFD Lots. The term “Final Map” shall not include any large-lot subdivision map, Assessor’s Parcel Map, or subdivision map or portion thereof, that does not create SFD Lots, including Assessor’s Parcels that are designated as remainder parcels.

  • If said funds are not utilized by the aquatics clubs for a new aquatics facility, or if funds are utilized to acquire land but construction has not commenced, within five years from first Final Map, the escrow account or title to property shall transfer to the City to be utilized at the sole discretion of the City Council to address community needs as are then deemed appropriate.

  • Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or in the action of the City Council approving the Final Map, City hereby rejects all lands, rights-of-way and easements offered for dedication on the Subdivision Map or by separate instrument.

More Definitions of Final Map

Final Map means (i) a final map, or portion thereof, approved by the County pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act (California Government Code Section 66410 et seq.) that creates individual lots or parcels for which building permits may be issued without further subdivision, or (ii) for condominiums, a final map approved by the County and a condominium plan recorded pursuant to California Civil Code Section 1352 creating such individual lots or parcels.
Final Map means a final map, or portion thereof, recorded by the County pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act (California Government Code Section 66410 et seq.) that creates individual lots on which Building Permits for new construction may be issued without further subdivision.
Final Map means a final map, or portion thereof, approved by the City pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act (California Government Code Section 66410 et seq.), that creates lots that do not need to be further subdivided prior to issuance of a building permit for a residential or non-residential structure. The term “Final Map” shall not include an Assessor’s Parcel Map or subdivision map or portion thereof, that does not create lots that are in their final configuration, including Assessor’s Parcels that are designated as remainder parcels.
