Final Map Area definition

Final Map Area means any of the geographical regions within CFD No. 4 which are shown as Final Map Areas in Exhibit A.

Examples of Final Map Area in a sentence

  • Prior to the issuance of all Bonds, as determined by the Assistant Superintendent, a Final Map Area Special Tax will be due for a Final Map Area when an Actual EDU Surplus or Actual EDU Deficit is less than (i.e., more negative) than a Projected EDU Surplus or Projected EDU Deficit.

  • After the issuance of all Bonds, the Actual Final Map Area Quotient will be used in calculating the Final Map Area Special Taxes, if any, that will be due for such Final Map Area, as described in Section F.

  • Therefore, a Projected EDU Surplus indicates that the Final Map Area is subsidizing other Final Map Areas while a Projected EDU Deficit indicates that the Final Map Area is being subsidized by other Final Map Areas.

  • The amount of the Final Map Area Special Tax will be equal to the dollar equivalent of such deficit (i.e., unexpectedly negative) EDUs and will be calculated as described below: Step One: Subtract the Actual Final Map Area Quotient from the Projected Final Map Area Quotient.

  • Each Assessor’s Parcel will be assigned to a Final Map Area in accordance with Exhibit A.The Projected Final Map Area Quotient for each Final Map Area, as shown in Table 2 below, reflects the sum of the EDUs projected to be constructed within such Final Map Area.

Related to Final Map Area

  • Final Map means a final tract map, parcel map, lot line adjustment, or functionally equivalent map or instrument that creates building sites, recorded in the County Office of the Recorder.

  • Built-Up Area and/or “Covered Area” in relation to a Flat shall mean the floor area of that Flat including the area of balconies and terraces, if any attached thereto, and also the thickness of the walls (external or internal) and the columns and pillars therein Provided That if any wall, column or pillar be common between two Flats, then one-half of the area under such wall column or pillar shall be included in the built-up area of each such Flat.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Building, structure, facility, or installation means all of the pollutant-emitting activities which belong to the same industrial grouping, are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under the control of the same person (or persons under common control) except the activities of any vessel. Pollutant-emitting activities shall be considered as part of the same industrial grouping if they belong to the same major group (i.e., which have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1972, as amended by the 1977 Supplement (U.S. Government Printing Office stock numbers 4101-0066 and 003-005-00176-0, respectively).

  • Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.

  • Building site means a plot of land held for building purposes, whether any building is actually erected thereupon or not, and includes the open ground or courtyard enclosed by, or adjacent to, any building erected thereupon;

  • Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.

  • drainage work means any watercourse and includes any land which is expected to provide flood storage capacity for any watercourse and any bank, wall, embankment or other structure, or any appliance, constructed or used for land drainage or flood defence;
