The Rentable Area includes the square footage within the Leased Premises plus a pro rata portion of the square footage of the common areas within the Building, as reasonably determined by Landlord.
Rent is subject to adjustment upon measurement of the actual Rentable Area of the Premises by Landlord.
If Tenant shall require a certification or re-certification by the Architect of the Rentable Area of the Premises at any time prior to or during the Term, Tenant will pay the cost of same.
