Final Price Threshold Date definition

Final Price Threshold Date means the last of any 10 trading days (which need not be consecutive) during any period of 30 consecutive trading days occurring prior to January 1, 2000, but not thereafter, on each of which 10 days the closing price of the Stock as reported on The New York Stock Exchange, Inc. Composite Transactions Reporting System has equaled or exceeded $60 per share. If the above trading criteria is met more than once, the first occurrence shall be deemed to be the Final Price Threshold Date.
Final Price Threshold Date means the last of any 10 trading days (which need not be consecutive) during any period of 30 consecutive trading days occurring prior to January 1, 2005, but not thereafter, on each of which 10 days the closing price of the Stock as reported on the Composite Tape equaled or exceeded $180 per share (adjusted to $77.92 per share for the stock dividends and stock split).   • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.

Part 2, Subpart 2.1 [see below], unless a higher threshold is requested by the district and approved by the cogni- zant agency for indirect costs.

  • M3 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 85.50% and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Initial Price or “Initial Offer” means the price per Unit on the first day of the Initial Period determined by the Management Company.

  • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.
