Final Remainder definition

Final Remainder. Any assets remaining in a Beneficiary’s Individual Trust Account at the time of his or her death.
Final Remainder. Any assets remaining in a Beneficiary’s Individual Trust Account at the time of his or her reaching the age provided in Paragraph V(B).

Examples of Final Remainder in a sentence

  • Donor acknowledges that PLAN of Massachusetts and Rhode Island may incur additional costs if Final Remainder Beneficiaries or the beneficiaries of Donor’s estate cannot be located easily.

  • If any funds remain, they will be passed to the Final Remainder Beneficiaries.

  • The Account Founder acknowledges that the Trustee may incur additional costs if Final Remainder Beneficiaries of the Individual Trust Account cannot be located easily.

  • If any Final Remainder Beneficiary is deceased at the time of distribution, the funds that would have been distributed to that beneficiary will instead be distributed to his or her descendants, per stirpes.

  • If such deceased beneficiary listed above does not have any lineal descendants, then his or her share shall lapse and be distributed in proportionate shares to the remaining Final Remainder Beneficiaries.

  • The Account Founder acknowledges that the Trustee may incur additional costs if the Final Remainder Beneficiaries of the Individual Trust Account cannot be located easily.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Final Remainder Beneficiaries will only be entitled to a distribution from the Beneficiary’s IBA after all amounts have been paid to or for the Trust, Trust expenses and Government Reimbursement Claims, if any, as provided in Article 6 of the Master Trust.

  • The Final Remainder Beneficiaries shall be as set forth in Section 8 above.

  • After the administration of the deceased Beneficiary’s IBA as provided in Article 6, Section 6.2 of the Master Trust, including the satisfaction of Medicaid payback obligations as provided therein, any assets that have not been retained as surplus Trust property as provided in this paragraph 8 shall be distributed to the Final Remainder Beneficiaries as provided below.

  • Any assets remaining in the Beneficiary’s IBA shall, after payments as provided in Article 6, Section 6.2 of the Master Trust, be distributed to the Final Remainder Beneficiaries named in paragraph 8.b., below.

Related to Final Remainder

  • Remainder has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(e).

  • Final Remarketing means any Remarketing of the Notes that occurs during the Final Remarketing Period by the Remarketing Agent(s) pursuant to the Remarketing Agreement.

  • Remainder beneficiary means a person entitled to receive principal when an income interest ends.

  • Cremated remains means all the remains of the cremated human body recovered after the completion of the cremation process, including pulverization which leaves only bone fragments reduced to unidentifiable dimensions and may possibly include the residue of any foreign matter including casket material, bridgework or eye glasses that were cremated with the human remains.

  • Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Group I Principal Remittance Amount and the Group II Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Cumulation Period means the period from, and including, the first RFR Banking Day of that Interest Period to, and including, that Cumulated RFR Banking Day;

  • Remaining Amortization Period means, at any point in time, the number of consecutive calendar months equal to the number of months in the Amortization Period minus the number of scheduled monthly installments of principal and interest that have elapsed since the date of this Note.

  • Remaining Present Value means, as of any date with respect to any lease, the present value as of such date of the scheduled future lease payments with respect to such lease, determined with a discount rate equal to a market rate of interest for such lease reasonably determined at the time such lease was entered into.

  • Collection Period means, with respect to any Payment Date, the period commencing on the first day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs (and, in the case of the first Collection Period, the period from (but excluding) the Cutoff Date) and ending on the last day of the calendar month immediately preceding the month in which such Payment Date occurs.

  • Initial Monthly Payment Fund An amount representing scheduled principal amortization and interest at the Net Mortgage Rate for the Due Date in the first Due Period commencing subsequent to the Cut-off Date for those Mortgage Loans for which the Trustee will not be entitled to receive such payment, and as more specifically defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Companion Distribution Account shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • REMIC Remittance Rate The REMIC I Remittance Rate or the REMIC II Remittance Rate.

  • Optimal Interest Remittance Amount For any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the product of (1) (x) the weighted average of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Due Period less the Premium Percentage, divided by (y) 12 and (2) the applicable Aggregate Collateral Balance for the immediately preceding Distribution Date, over (ii) any expenses that reduce the Interest Remittance Amount that do not arise as a result of a default or delinquency of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Mortgage Loan Remittance Rate With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the annual rate of interest remitted to the Purchaser, which shall be equal to the Mortgage Interest Rate minus the Servicing Fee Rate.

  • Unapplied Provider Advance means any Provider Advance other than an Applied Provider Advance.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Monthly Servicing Fee shall have the meaning specified in subsection 3.01.

  • REMIC I Remittance Rate The per annum rate at which interest accrues in respect of any REMIC I Regular Interest during any Interest Accrual Period, as set forth in or otherwise calculated in accordance with Section 2.11(f).

  • Interest Remittance Amount For any Distribution Date and Loan Group, an amount equal to the sum of (1) all interest collected (other than related Payaheads, if applicable) or advanced in respect of Scheduled Payments on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the related Collection Period, the interest portion of Payaheads previously received and intended for application in the related Collection Period and the interest portion of all Payoffs and Curtailments received on the Mortgage Loans in such Loan Group during the related Prepayment Period (other than interest on Principal Prepayments that occur during the portion of the Prepayment Period that is in the same calendar month as the related Distribution Date), less (x) the Servicing Fees (other than any Excess Servicing Fee) and any lender paid Primary Insurance Policy premiums with respect to such Mortgage Loans and (y) unreimbursed Advances and other amounts due to a Servicer, the Back-Up Servicer or the Trustee with respect to such Mortgage Loans, to the extent allocable to interest, (2) all Compensating Interest Payments paid by a Servicer with respect to the related Mortgage Loans with respect to such Distribution Date, (3) the portion of any Substitution Adjustment Amount and Repurchase Price paid with respect to such Mortgage Loans during the calendar month immediately preceding the Distribution Date, in each case allocable to interest and the proceeds of any purchase of the Mortgage Loans by the Terminating Entity pursuant to Section 9.01 in an amount not exceeding the interest portion of the Par Value, (4) all Net Liquidation Proceeds, and any Insurance Proceeds and other recoveries (net of unreimbursed Advances, Servicing Advances and expenses, to the extent allocable to interest, and unpaid Servicing Fees) collected with respect to such Mortgage Loans during the prior calendar month, to the extent allocable to interest, (5) any amounts withdrawn from the Capitalized Interest Amount to pay interest on the related Certificates with respect to such Distribution Date and (6) the aggregate Excess Servicing Fee to be distributed to the Class A-IO-S Certificates.

  • Accumulation Period has the meaning set forth in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Lease Balance means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the Equity Balance (if same has not been paid as of such date)

  • Monthly Base Rent The monthly rent specified in Section 1.01(8).

  • REMIC II Remittance Rate The per annum rate at which interest accrues in respect of any REMIC II Regular Interest during any Interest Accrual Period, as set forth in or otherwise calculated in accordance with Section 2.13(f).

  • Partial confinement means confinement for no more than one

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group I Principal Distribution Amount.

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts described in clauses (i) through (iii) of the definition of Group II Principal Distribution Amount.
