Final Settlement Period definition

Final Settlement Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).
Final Settlement Period means the period beginning at 12:01 A.M. on the Tuesday following the designation by the Exchange of a DBOR Contract as a New Release and ending on (i) the fourth subsequent Sunday, or (ii) on the Monday following the fourth subsequent Sunday only if such Monday is any of Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July or Labor Day in the United States.
Final Settlement Period means the period, if any, following the last Equivalent Capacity Confirmation Date to the end of the Term.

  • During the Final Settlement Period the Front Month Option Contract will settle based on the underlying Futures Contract.

  • During the Final Settlement Period the Front Month Contract final settlement price is determined using the non-Pricing Contract settlement price procedure.

  • The Exchange will provide the Clearing House with the Final Settlement Prices at the end of the Final Settlement Period on the expiration day of the Contract.

  • In the event of termination of this Policy on the last day of the Policy Period, the Run-Off Period immediately following termination will be combined with the Final Policy Period and this shall be termed a Final Settlement Period.

  • Final Settlement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(c).

  • Final Settlement means permanent settlement of the Contractor’s actual allowable costs or expenditures as determined at the time of audit, which shall be completed within three years of the date the year-end cost settlement report was accepted for interim settlement by the State. If the audit is not completed within three years, the interim settlement shall be considered as the final settlement.

  • Standard Settlement Period means the standard settlement period, expressed in a number of Trading Days, on the Company’s primary Trading Market with respect to the Common Stock as in effect on the date of delivery of the Notice of Exercise.

  • Call Settlement Date means the fifth Business Day following the last Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period.

  • Maximum Settlement Amount means the maximum amount the Company may be required to pay pursuant to this Settlement, which is the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000), excluding any of the Company’s employer-side share of FICA, FUTA, and other similar, mandatory employer-side payroll taxes. In no event shall the Maximum Settlement Amount exceed the foregoing sum.

  • Termination Settlement Date means, for any Terminated Obligation, the date customary for settlement, substantially in accordance with the then-current market practice in the principal market for such Terminated Obligation (as determined by the Calculation Agent), of the sale of such Terminated Obligation with the trade date for such sale occurring on the related Termination Trade Date.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).

  • Daily Settlement Amount for each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the Observation Period, shall consist of:

  • Cash Settlement Amount means the “Cash Settlement Amount” as determined by the Calculation Agent in accordance with Paragraph 6.

  • Cash Settlement shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a).

  • Day-ahead Settlement Interval means the interval used by settlements, which shall be every one clock hour.

  • PJM Settlement or “PJM Settlement, Inc.” shall mean PJM Settlement, Inc. (or its successor), established by PJM as set forth in Section 3.3 of the Operating Agreement.

  • Remarketing Settlement Date means the date of the settlement of any Successful Remarketing, which will be three Business Days after such Remarketing.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $240,000 which is the total amount Standard agrees to pay under the Settlement, except as provided in Paragraph 8 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.

  • Net Settlement Amount means the Gross Settlement Amount, less the following payments in the amounts approved by the Court: Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Representative Service Payment, Class Counsel Fees Payment, Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Administration Expenses Payment. The remainder is to be paid to Participating Class Members as Individual Class Payments.

  • Physical Settlement Date means the date (which may occur after the Scheduled Maturity Date) specified as such in the Intended Physical Settlement Notice falling 10 Business Days after the date of the Intended Physical Settlement Notice.

  • Mandatory Settlement Date means the earliest of:

  • Early Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 5.9(a).

  • TARGET2 Settlement Day means any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-Time Gross Settlement Express Transfer (TARGET2) System is open.

  • Physical Settlement Amount For any Settlement Date for which Physical Settlement is applicable, an amount in cash equal to the product of (a) the Forward Price in effect on the relevant Settlement Date multiplied by (b) the Settlement Shares for such Settlement Date.

  • Settlement Price Date means the Valuation Date. "Valuation Date" means the Redemption Valuation Date.
