national standard means a standard adopted by a national standardisation organisation and made available to the general public;
Technical standard means a document that specifies design, predicted performance and operation and maintenance specifications for a material, device or method.
international standard means a standard adopted by an international standardisation organisation and made available to the general public;
National Standards means the document entitled “National Standards for the Volatile Organic Compound Content of Canadian Commercial/Industrial Surface Coating Products Automotive Refinishing, October 1998, PN 1288" and published by the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment;
Final Statement means the statement defined in Sub-Clause 14.11 [Application for Final Payment Certificate].
Technical Standards means the technical standards set out in paragraph 2.5 of the Order Form;
Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.
Uniform standard means a standard adopted by the Commission for a Product line, pursuant to Article VII of this Compact, and shall include all of the Product requirements in aggregate; provided, that each Uniform Standard shall be construed, whether express or implied, to prohibit the use of any inconsistent, misleading or ambiguous provisions in a Product and the form of the Product made available to the public shall not be unfair, inequitable or against public policy as determined by the Commission.
Environmental Standards means regulations or certification specifications governing the certification of designs with regard to noise characteristics and exhaust emissions of civil aeronautical products and appliances.
Final Stabilization means that all soil disturbing activities at the site have been complete, and that a uniform perennial vegetative cover with a density of 70% of the cover for unpaved areas and areas not covered by permanent structures has been established or equivalent permanent stabilization measures (such as the use of riprap, gabions, or geotextiles) have been employed.
Professional Staff means the Medical Staff, Dental Staff, Midwifery Staff and Extended Class Nursing Staff;
Common Reporting Standard means the standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters (which includes the Commentaries), developed by the OECD, with G20 countries;
Design Standards means the standards developed as a requirement of the Programmatic Agreement
Environmental and Social Standard 8: Cultural Heritage”; (ix) “Environmental and Social Standard 9: Financial Intermediaries”; (x) “Environmental and Social Standard 10: Stakeholder Engagement and Information Disclosure”; effective on October 1, 2018, as published by the Bank.
Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.
Actuarial Standards Board means the board established by the American Academy of Actuaries to develop and promulgate standards of actuarial practice.
Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings, as set out in the Order or otherwise agreed in writing by Get Living and the Supplier;
Environmental and Social Standards or “ESSs” means, collectively:
Reliability Standard means a requirement to provide for reliable operation of the bulk power system, including without limiting the foregoing requirements for the operation of existing bulk power system facilities, including cybersecurity protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary for reliable operation of the bulk power system, but shall not include any requirement to enlarge bulk power system facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity.
Applicable Standards means the requirements and guidelines of NERC, the Applicable Regional Entity, and the Control Area in which the Customer Facility is electrically located; the PJM Manuals; and Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.
safety standard means the Code of Practice for the Wiring of Premises SANS 10142-1 incorporated in the Regulations;
auditing standards means auditing standards as defined in National Instrument 52-107 Acceptable Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards;
Class specification means a written description of a class setting forth factors and conditions which are essential characteristics of positions in that class.
Swap Specification means, with respect to any Swap, the Rules or other trading protocols containing specifications for such Swap, as adopted, amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time by BSEF.
Annual Statement means that statement required by Iowa Code section 508.11 to be filed annually by the company with the office of the commissioner.
TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.
