Final Works definition

Final Works means all creative content developed by Developer, or commissioned by Developer, exclusively for the Project and incorporated in the Final Deliverables, including, but not limited to, any and all visual elements, graphic design, illustration, photography, animation, motion design, audiovisual works, sounds, typographic treatments and text, modifications to Client Content, and Developer’s selection, arrangement and coordination of such elements together with Client Content and/or Third Party Materials.
Final Works means all creative content developed or created by Blank Canvas, or commissioned by Blank Canvas, exclusively for the Project and incorporated in the Final Deliverables, including (but not limited to) any and all visual designs, visual elements, graphic design, illustration, photography, animation, motion design, audio-visual works, sounds, typographic treatments and text, modifications to Client Content, and Blank Canvas’s selection, arrangement and coordination of such elements together with Client Content and/or Third Party Materials.

  • The Executive Committee shall be composed of the Conference Lay Leader; the Vice-chair; the Board Secretary; the Board Treasurer; the Conference Staff Person (without vote); one District Superintendent representing the Cabinet (without vote); and two members of the Board, elected at the Annual Conference or the first meeting after Annual Conference, by the Board of Lay Ministry.

  • Designer warrants and represents that, to the best of its knowledge, the Final Works are original to Designer and/or its Design Agents; and that Designer has procured from its Design Agents appropriate agreements as necessary to grant the ownership rights assigned to Client herein.
