Financed Portfolio definition

Financed Portfolio means, on any date of determination, all Eligible Receivables included within the calculation of the Borrowing Base as set forth in the most recently-delivered Borrowing Base Certificate delivered to Agent by Borrower.
Financed Portfolio means, collectively, the portfolio of all Eligible Loans which constitute Pledged Loans and, at the time of determination, comprise the Borrowing Base except to the extent that, so long as no Default of Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, Borrower elects, by written notice to Agent, to exclude certain Eligible Loans from the Borrowing Base to satisfy, or to cure or prevent any noncompliance with, the provisions of Section 6.18, Section 7.19 or any other provisions hereof.
Financed Portfolio means all Pledged Notes Receivable that are included as Collateral or previously were included as Collateral.

  • Collateral Portfolio means all right, title, and interest (whether now owned or hereafter acquired or arising, and wherever located) of the Borrower in the property identified below in clauses (i) through (iv) and all accounts, cash and currency, chattel paper, tangible chattel paper, electronic chattel paper, copyrights, copyright licenses, equipment, fixtures, contract rights, general intangibles, instruments, certificates of deposit, certificated securities, uncertificated securities, financial assets, securities entitlements, commercial tort claims, deposit accounts, inventory, investment property, letter-of-credit rights, software, supporting obligations, accessions, or other property consisting of, arising out of, or related to any of the following (in each case excluding the Retained Interest and the Excluded Amounts):

  • Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Current Portfolio At any time, the portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Cash and Eligible Investments representing Principal Proceeds (determined in accordance with Section 1.3 to the extent applicable), then held by the Issuer.

  • Refinanced Loans has the meaning specified in Section 10.01.

  • Portfolio Asset means an asset of an investment fund;

  • Whole Loan As defined in the Introductory Statement.

  • Loan Asset means each commercial loan identified on Schedule A hereto, and each commercial loan identified on any Purchase Notice.

  • Mortgage Receivable means a promissory note secured by a Mortgage of which the Parent, the Borrower or another Subsidiary is the holder and retains the rights of collection of all payments thereunder.

  • Eligible Loan Asset means, as of any date of determination, a Loan Asset in respect of which each of the representations and warranties contained in Section 4.02 and Schedule II hereto is true and correct as of such date.

  • Cross-Collateralized Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan, that is, by its terms, cross-defaulted and cross-collateralized with any other Mortgage Loan; provided that the Mortgage Loans that are part of any Loan Combination shall not constitute Cross-Collateralized Mortgage Loans.

  • Securitization Asset means (a) any accounts receivable, mortgage receivables, loan receivables, royalty, franchise fee, license fee, patent or other revenue streams and other rights to payment or related assets and the proceeds thereof and (b) all collateral securing such receivable or asset, all contracts and contract rights, guarantees or other obligations in respect of such receivable or asset, lockbox accounts and records with respect to such account or asset and any other assets customarily transferred (or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted) together with accounts or assets in connection with a securitization, factoring or receivable sale transaction.
