Financed Products definition

Financed Products means the Cisco Products and other goods, services and other property the acquisition of which is financed by Lenders or with respect to which any Lender is otherwise providing financing or extending credit to enable Borrower to acquire.

Examples of Financed Products in a sentence

  • The full and legal ownership (whether legal, equitable or beneficial) in the Financed Products shall pass to the Financing Company or to the Customer, as directed by the Financing Company upon payment in full.

  • Manufactured products means items and construction materials composed in whole or in part of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum; plastics and polymer-based products such as polyvinyl chloride pipe; aggregates such as concrete; glass, including optical fiber; and lumber.
