Financial and Operating Data definition

Financial and Operating Data means information that the Disclosure Working Group deems material, based on prevailing industry standards.
Financial and Operating Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a).
Financial and Operating Data means certain financial information and operating data of the Issuer of the type customarily prepared by the Issuer and is publicly available, which consists solely of the Issuer’s audited financial statements.

  • Financial Conduct Authority means the registering authority for societies registered under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 and the Credit Unions Act 1979 set up in terms of the Financial Services Act 2012 or its successor body.
