Financial Covenant Period definition

Financial Covenant Period means a period which shall commence on any date (the "Commencement Date") on which Excess Availability is less than the Threshold Amount and shall continue until the later of: (a) the date that is the last day of the second full fiscal quarter after the Commencement Date, and (b) the last day of the fiscal quarter after the Commencement Date in which Average Availability for a period of 60 consecutive days is greater than or equal to the Threshold Amount.
Financial Covenant Period means a period which shall commence on any date of determination on which Excess Availability is less than the greater of (i) 10% of the Line Cap and (ii) $100,000,000, and shall continue until Excess Availability is not less than the greater of (a) 10% of the Line Cap and (b) $100,000,000 for a period of 60 consecutive days.
Financial Covenant Period means a period which shall commence (a) immediately on any date on which Availability plus Qualified Cash is less than $18,000,000, and (b) on any date on which Availability plus Qualified Cash has been less than $20,000,000 but equal to or greater than $18,000,000 for a period of 5 consecutive Business Days, and in each case such period shall continue until the date on which Availability plus Qualified Cash has been greater than or equal to $20,000,000 for a period of 30 days.
