Financing Facility definition

Financing Facility means the second amended and restated credit agreement dated as of 08 November 2019 between Eagle, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent and certain lenders party thereto, which replaced Eagle’s existing credit agreement, dated as of 08 August 2017;

Financing Facility means any credit facility or collateral obligation transaction entered into by the Seller or any Affiliate thereof pursuant to which any Collateral Obligation may be released from the lien thereof and sold by the Seller as a Collateral Obligation hereunder.

Financing Facility means the credit facilities entered into by Water Pik on or prior to the Distribution and any substitute or successor credit facility.
