Financing Fund Withdrawal Amount means, with respect to a Financing Fund with a Financing Fund LLCA that includes a Financing Fund Withdrawal Right, the amount that the related Tax Equity Investor is entitled to receive upon the exercise by such Tax Equity Investor of such Financing Fund Withdrawal Right pursuant to the terms of such Financing Funds LLCA, in each case, as identified in Column A of Schedule VII hereto, and as such amount may be adjusted from time to time upon the agreement by the Borrower and the Agent.
