Finished Lot Loan definition

Finished Lot Loan means a loan by Borrower to a Finished Lot Loan Obligor to enable such Finished Loan Obligor to acquire or finance one or more Finished Lots in a subdivision located in the State of Texas.

In the event that one or more Mortgage Loans are substituted for one or more Deleted Mortgage Loans, the amounts described in clause (i) hereof shall be determined on the basis of aggregate principal balances, the Mortgage Rates described in clause (ii) hereof shall be determined on the basis of weighted average Mortgage Rates, the Loan-to-Value Ratios described in clause (ix) hereof shall be satisfied as to each such Mortgage Loan, the risk gradings described in clause (x) hereof shall be satisfied as to each such Mortgage Loan and, except to the extent otherwise provided in this sentence, the representations and warranties described in clause (xv) hereof must be satisfied as to each Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan or in the aggregate, as the case may be.

  • Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof.

  • Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio or CLTV As of any date and as to any Second-Lien Mortgage Loan, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the (a) sum of (i) the outstanding principal balance of the Second-Lien Mortgage Loan and (ii) the outstanding principal balance as of such date of any mortgage loan or mortgage loans that are senior or equal in priority to the Second-Lien Mortgage Loan and which are secured by the same Mortgaged Property to (b)

  • Loan Pair Collectively, a Companion Loan and the related AB Mortgage Loan.

  • PACE Loan means (x) any “Property-Assessed Clean Energy loan” or (y) any other indebtedness, without regard to the name given to such indebtedness, which is (i) incurred for improvements to the Property for the purpose of increasing energy efficiency, increasing use of renewable energy sources, resource conservation, or a combination of the foregoing, and (ii) repaid through multi-year assessments against the Property.
