Fire authorities means the official fire safety agency including the State Fire Marshal or local fire marshals or fire departments as appropriate.

  • Government Authorities means, without limitation, all Government departments and agencies with responsibility for the import and export of goods, the collection of revenue on the import and export of goods and the transport of those goods to include, without limitation, Customs, AQIS, the ATO and the RSA;

  • Appropriate Authority(ies) means the U.S. State Department, the government authority(ies) in the Covered Person’s Home Country or Country of Residence or the government authority(ies) of the Host Country.
