Within one month of the Tenancy Start Date (or sooner as required by legislation) and thereafter for the residue of Term you must carry out / renew/update all appropriate risk assessments in relation to the Property. These include a fire risk assessment, water risk assessment, Health & Safety Risk Assessment and an emergency plan for the Property. Where relevant, risk assessments must be attached in a prominent position at the Property and visible to all employees and visitors.
