Fire Inspector definition

Fire Inspector means a person approved by the state fire marshal to conduct fire safety inspections.

Fire Inspector means an inspector or assistant inspector appointed under section 28 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;

Fire Inspector means the person or agency employed by or acting for the Municipality and partially or wholly responsible for fire safety within the Municipality.
