Fire Inspector definition

Fire Inspector means an inspector or assistant inspector appointed under section 28 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;
Fire Inspector means an employee of or volunteer assigned by a political subdivision to assist an organized fire department or public safety department whose job description, duties, or responsibilities include, or who is in a capacity that includes responsibility for, inspecting property for fire code violations and enforcing the general fire codes of the jurisdiction that he or she serves.

More Definitions of Fire Inspector

Fire Inspector means the person or agency employed by or acting for the Municipality and partially or wholly responsible for fire safety within the Municipality.
