Fire Prevention Code definition

Fire Prevention Code or "Code" means the Statewide Fire Prevention Code.
Fire Prevention Code means the Fire Prevention Code of the City of York.
Fire Prevention Code and “Code” shall mean the Ann Arbor Fire Prevention Code, consisting of the IFC, except those sections and appendices amended, deleted, or added as provided in this Chapter, together with the provisions of this Chapter.
