Codes definition

Codes means the following including the latest amendments and/or replacements, if any:
Codes means the Codes of Good Practice on the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment published by the Minister of Trade and Industry in terms of section 9(1) of the BBBEE Act;

  • For any CLEC Name Change, CLEC is responsible for providing proof of compliance with industry standards related to any Company Code(s).

More Definitions of Codes

Codes means the Uniform Code and Energy Code.
