First Priority Agent definition

First Priority Agent means, with respect to (a) any ABL Priority Collateral, the ABL Agent, and (b) any Term Loan Priority Collateral, the Designated Term Loan Agent.

First Priority Agent means the Administrative Agent and any successor designated as such by the holders of First Priority Claims.

First Priority Agent shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the preamble to this Agreement.
