Senior Collateral Agent definition

Senior Collateral Agent means Citicorp USA, Inc., in its capacity as Senior Collateral Agent under the Senior Collateral Documents, and its successors.

Senior Collateral Agent means (a) with respect to the LC Priority Collateral, the LC Collateral Agent and (b) with respect to the ABL Priority Collateral, the ABL Collateral Agent.

Senior Collateral Agent means the Credit Facilities Collateral Agent and each Designated Senior Obligations Collateral Agent.

• Each Junior Collateral Agent agrees to execute and deliver all such releases and other instruments as shall reasonably be requested by any applicable Senior Collateral Agent to evidence and confirm any release of Junior Obligations Collateral provided for in this Section.

• The Third Lien Representative and the Third Lien Collateral Agent, for itself or on behalf of any Third Lien Claimholders represented by it, promptly shall execute and deliver to the Senior Representatives, the Senior Collateral Agents or such Guarantor Subsidiary such termination statements, releases and other documents as the any Senior Representative, any Senior Collateral Agent or such Grantor may request to effectively confirm the foregoing releases.

Senior Collateral Agent means JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as collateral agent under the Senior Collateral Documents, and any successor thereof or replacement senior collateral agent appointed in accordance with the terms of the Credit Agreement and, if it is then in effect, the Pari Passu Intercreditor Agreement.
