First Release Period definition

First Release Period means ninety (90) days starting from the date this Order becomes final.
First Release Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b)(i).

First Release Period means the period beginning on the date the Registration is declared effective by the SEC and ending on the 90th day thereafter.

  • Release Period means the period specified in paragraph 3(d) of the letter of consent.

  • Purchase Period means a period of time specified within an Offering, generally beginning on the Offering Date or on the first Trading Day following a Purchase Date, and ending on a Purchase Date. An Offering may consist of one or more Purchase Periods.
