Sixth Anniversary Date definition

Sixth Anniversary Date means the date which is six (6) Fiscal Years after the First Closing Date.
Sixth Anniversary Date means the date falling seventy two (72) months after the Actual Delivery Date.
Sixth Anniversary Date means the date that falls on the sixth anniversary of the Effective Date.
