  • If Owner prefers an alternate means of disposing of the Modules, it may do so at its sole expense with the prior written consent of First Solar.

  • If First Solar transfers substantially all of its assets, voluntarily or involuntarily, the liabilities and obligations imposed under the Program shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, automatically transfer to the transferee, and upon the transferee’s written assumption of such liabilities, First Solar shall have no further liability or obligation under the Program.

  • The Owner can initiate the reclamation and recycling process by contacting First Solar at its web site or any other address it provides for these purposes in the future.
