First Threshold Date definition

First Threshold Date means the first date on which the Founding Shareholders cease to beneficially own 50% or more of the total number of shares of Common Stock outstanding.
First Threshold Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).
First Threshold Date means the first date on which OM plc ceases to beneficially own, directly or indirectly, at least 35% of the outstanding Ordinary Shares.
