First Unwind Date definition

First Unwind Date. For any Cash Settlement or Net Share Settlement with respect to any Settlement of any Transaction, as designated in the relevant Settlement Notice.
First Unwind Date. For any Cash Settlement or Net Share Settlement with respect to any Settlement of any Transaction, as designated in the relevant Settlement Notice, subject to the timing set out in “Settlement Notice” below.
