Fishing Game definition

Fishing Game means the multi-player wireless fishing game owned by or licensed to DNA. The Fishing Game shall include any modifications, additions, enhancements and upgrades to the Fishing Game, but shall not include any BASSMASTER Property. Title to and all ownership rights of, in and to the Fishing Game, and the copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights related thereto, are and will remain the property of DNA, which shall have the exclusive right to protect the same by copyright, trademark, patent or otherwise.
