Fit and qualified means displaying the capacity to successfully nurture and care for children and may include consideration of any of the following:

Related to Fit and qualified

  • Disclosure Schedule means the schedule (dated as of the date of the Agreement) delivered to the Purchaser on behalf of the Seller, a copy of which is attached to the Agreement and incorporated in the Agreement by reference.

  • Disclosure Schedules means the Disclosure Schedules of the Company delivered concurrently herewith.

  • Seller Disclosure Letter means the letter, dated as of the date hereof, delivered by Seller to Buyer prior to the execution of this Agreement and identified as the Seller Disclosure Letter.
