Five Card Hand definition

Five Card Hand means the highest ranking five-card hand that is possible for each player and the dealer pursuant to N.J.A.C. 13:69F-21.3 using the five community cards and the two cards retained by each player and the dealer after setting his or her hand.
Five Card Hand means the five card poker hand formed for each player by combining the two cards dealt to the player, the two cards dealt to the dealer, and the one Common Card;

  • Merchant means a company, firm or other organisation accepting either all Cards as a means of payment for goods and/or services or at least one type of Card for business to business transactions.

  • Credit Card Agreement means the open-end revolving credit agreement between a Cardholder and Bank governing the Account and Cardholder's use of the Credit Card, together with any modifications or amendments which may be made to such agreement as permitted in this Agreement.

  • Credit Card Processor means any servicing or processing agent or any factor or financial intermediary who facilitates, services, processes or manages the credit authorization, billing transfer and/or payment procedures with respect to any Borrower’s sales transactions involving credit card or debit card purchases by customers using credit cards or debit cards issued by any Credit Card Issuer.

  • Credit Card Agreements means all agreements now or hereafter entered into by any Loan Party with any Credit Card Issuer or any Credit Card Processor, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced, including, but not limited to, as to the Borrower, the agreements set forth on Schedule 3.21 hereto.

  • Credit Card Notification has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.11.
