Fixed Address definition

Fixed Address means any address within the Democratic Republic of the Sudan fixed by an applicant for registration as the place where directions and notices may be sent to him.
Fixed Address means the address where an applicant or recipient permanently resides which meets the policy criteria of Standard Household Rate – Board or Rent/Own.
