Fixed Rate Auction definition

Fixed Rate Auction means a solicitation of Quotes setting forth Fixed Rates pursuant to Section 2.13.
Fixed Rate Auction has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).
Fixed Rate Auction has the meaning specified in SECTION 2.03(b)(i).

  • The maturity date for each CAF Loan (x) if made pursuant to a Fixed Rate Auction Advance Request, shall be not less than 7 days nor more than 360 days after the Borrowing Date therefor (and in any event not after the Termination Date) and (y) if made pursuant to a LIBOR Auction Advance Request, shall be one, two, three, six, nine or twelve months after the Borrowing Date therefor (and in any event not after the Termination Date).

  • The Borrower shall have no right to prepay any principal amount of any Fixed Rate Auction Advance unless, and then only on the terms, specified by the Borrower for such Fixed Rate Auction Advance in the related Notice of Auction Borrowing delivered pursuant to subsection (a)(i) above and set forth in the Auction Note evidencing such Fixed Rate Auction Advance.

(New York City time) one Business Day prior to the proposed Borrowing Date (in the case of a Fixed Rate Auction Advance Request).

  • In the case of a Fixed Rate Auction Advance Request, upon receipt of notice from the Agent of the contents of such CAF Loan Request, any CAF Loan Bank that elects, in its sole discretion, to do so, shall irrevocably offer to make one or more CAF Loans at a rate or rates of interest for each such CAF Loan determined by such CAF Loan Bank in its sole discretion.


More Definitions of Fixed Rate Auction

Fixed Rate Auction means the submission by one or more of the Lenders of Competitive Bids for Fixed Rate Bid Advances pursuant to Section 2.1(a)(ii)(C)(3).

Related to Fixed Rate Auction

  • Absolute Rate Auction means a solicitation of Money Market Quotes setting forth Money Market Absolute Rates pursuant to Section 2.03.

  • LIBOR Auction means a solicitation of Money Market Quotes setting forth Money Market Margins based on the London Interbank Offered Rate pursuant to Section 2.3.

  • Fixed Rate Period shall have the meaning in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Incremental Auction means any of several auctions conducted for a Delivery Year after the Base Residual Auction for such Delivery Year and before the first day of such Delivery Year, including the First Incremental Auction, Second Incremental Auction, Third Incremental Auction or Conditional Incremental Auction. Incremental Auctions (other than the Conditional Incremental Auction), shall be held for the purposes of:

  • Fixed Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest at a Fixed Rate.

  • Daily Rate Period means any period of time during which a Group of 2023 Series B Variable Rate Bonds bears interest at the Daily Rate.

  • Money Market Absolute Rate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(d).

  • Money Market Absolute Rate Loan means a loan to be made by a Bank pursuant to an Absolute Rate Auction.

  • Reverse auction means a purchasing process in which offerors submit proposals in competing to sell services or supplies in an open environment via the internet.

  • Fixed Rate Advances has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a)(i).

  • Fixed Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Fixed Rate Loans.

  • Reference Rate Advance means an Advance which bears interest as provided in Section 2.09(a).

  • Pricing Rate Period means, with respect to any Transaction and any Remittance Date (a) in the case of the first Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the Purchase Date for such Transaction and ending on and excluding the following Remittance Date, and (b) in the case of any subsequent Pricing Rate Period, the period commencing on and including the immediately preceding Remittance Date and ending on and excluding such Remittance Date; provided, however, that in no event shall any Pricing Rate Period for a Purchased Asset end subsequent to the Repurchase Date for such Purchased Asset.

  • Subsequent Fixed Rate Period means for the initial Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on July 1, 2020 and ending on and including June 30, 2025 and for each succeeding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period, the period commencing on the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Subsequent Fixed Rate Period and ending on and including June 30 in the fifth year thereafter.

  • Interest Rate Period means any Daily Interest Rate Period, Weekly Interest Rate Period, Short-Term Interest Rate Period, Long- Term Interest Rate Period or ARS Interest Rate Period.

  • Fixed Rate Note means a Note on which interest is calculated at a fixed rate payable in arrear on a fixed date or fixed dates in each year and on redemption or on such other dates as may be agreed between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer(s) (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms);

  • Fixed Rate Certificate A Certificate that provides for a payment of interest at a Fixed Pass-Through Rate.

  • Failed Auction has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Absolute Rate means a fixed rate of interest expressed in multiples of 1/100th of one basis point.

  • Borrower Solicitation of Discount Range Prepayment Offers means the solicitation by any Company Party of offers for, and the corresponding acceptance by a Lender of, a voluntary prepayment of Term Loans at a specified range of discounts to par pursuant to Section 2.05(a)(v)(C).

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • Rate Period has the meaning set forth in the Statement.

  • Fixed Rate Term means a period commencing on a Business Day and continuing for 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, as designated by Borrower, during which all or a portion of the outstanding principal balance of this Note bears interest determined in relation to LIBOR; provided however, that no Fixed Rate Term may be selected for a principal amount less than One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00); and provided further, that no Fixed Rate Term shall extend beyond the scheduled maturity date hereof. If any Fixed Rate Term would end on a day which is not a Business Day, then such Fixed Rate Term shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan A fixed rate mortgage loan purchased pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Floating Rate Advance means an Advance which, except as otherwise provided in Section 2.11, bears interest at the Floating Rate.
