Availability Agreement Period The time period before a service is required in which the DNO and Flexibility Provider may agree the Flexibility Provider Service Window.
The Flexibility Provider shall immediately notify the Company of any period when services will be unavailable or reduced by completing an Unavailability Notification, setting out the duration of the unavailability/reduction and the reason.
