Fluke Products definition

Fluke Products means all other products now or hereafter manufactured and/or sold by Fluke that are sold by Transmation pursuant to its 1998 Product Distribution Agreement with Fluke, as it may be amended or replaced (the “Fluke Distribution Agreement”). Fluke Products under that agreement are those in the following Fluke Product Families: Process Tools (PTOOL), Hxxx Products (HCAL), Digital Multimeters (DMM), ScopeMeter (SCM), Electrical Products (EPROD), Accessories (ACC), Agilent Products (FHP), Temperature (TEMP), Pomona (POM) and Meterman (MM).

  • Seller Products means all products and services that are being manufactured or performed by Seller at any time, other than Logic Business Products that are being manufactured or performed by Seller as of the Closing Date.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”
