Agilent Products definition

Agilent Products means all products and services of the businesses in which Agilent or any of its Affiliates is now or hereafter engaged, including the business of making (but not having made) Third Party products for Third Parties when Agilent or any of its Affiliates is acting as a contract manufacturer or foundry for such Third Parties. The term Agilent Products includes the Technology embodied in and/or used to manufacture or deliver the products and services referred to in the preceding sentence as well as marketing and other collateral materials related thereto.

Agilent Products means the Agilent products or systems that will incorporate the OEM Products and that will be marketed and sold to end-user customers by Agilent and its distributors.

Examples of Agilent Products in a sentence

  • The licenses to Agilent in Section 4.1 above shall include the right to have contract manufacturers and foundries manufacture Agilent Products for Agilent (including private label or OEM versions of such products) and are not intended to include foundry or contract manufacturing activities that Agilent or any of its Affiliates may undertake on behalf of Third Parties, whether directly or indirectly.

Other Products include: (i) organization, presentation and filing products (including indexes, dividers, binders, file folders, report covers and sheet protectors); (ii) writing instruments (including markers, highlighters and stick pens); (iii) stamp products; (iv) organization and identification products for professionals and individuals in the home, office and on-the-go; (v) organization, identification and other products related to education and learning; (vi) all other products intended for office or consumer use (including consumer glue products such as glue sticks or bottled glue for arts and crafts).

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Aerosol coating product means a pressurized coating product containing pigments or resins that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant, and is packaged in a disposable can for hand-held application, or for use in specialized equipment for ground traffic/marking applications.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • Aerosol Product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Combination Products means COBI Combination Products, EVG Combination Products, TDF Combination Products, TAF Combination Products and Quad Product.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.

  • Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.

  • NEC Electronics products means any product developed or manufactured by or for NEC Electronics (as defined above).

  • New Product means the Synology-branded hardware product and Synology-branded accessories contained in the original packaging Customer bought from an authorized Synology distributor or reseller. You may see our “New Product” at Product Support Status.

  • Cannabis products means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Nicotine product means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-10-101.

  • Licensed System means, collectively:

  • Tobacco products means cigars, cigarettes, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, moist snuff, cavendish, ping and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.
