Food or Drug Permit definition

Food or Drug Permit means any permit, clearance, consent, waiver, license, exemption, registration, authorization or other action required under or issued, granted, given, authorized by or made pursuant to Food and Drug Laws.

  • FDA means the United States Food and Drug Administration and any successor agency thereto.

  • Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, authorizations, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by any Regulatory Authority, including all INDs and NDAs.

  • New Drug Application means a new drug application in the United States for authorization to market a product, as defined in the applicable laws and regulations and submitted to the FDA.

  • PDMA means the Prescription Drug Marketing Act of 1987, as amended, and the regulations promulgated thereunder from time to time.

  • CFDA means the Code of Federal Domestic Assistance assigned to a federal grant.

  • Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) means the Government Agency responsible for oversight of public procurement.

  • Product Approval means the approval of a Governmental Authority necessary for the marketing and sale of the Product in a given country or regulatory jurisdiction, which may include the approval of an MAA (but shall not include any Pricing Approvals).
