Development Permit definition

Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
Development Permit means any permit issued by the city of North Bend, or other authorized agency, for construction, land use, or the alteration of land.
Development Permit shall refer the permit issued in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in the Code.

Examples of Development Permit in a sentence

  • Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, perform all work required of Tenant pursuant to the July 9, 2019, Coastal Development Permit PDP-18-006 (“2019 Coastal Development Permit”).

  • The City shall exercise reasonable efforts to obtain a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and all such authorizations from the Washington State Department of Natural Resources necessary for the activities and uses set forth on EXHIBIT F no later than the commencement of the Term of this License as set forth in Section 3.

More Definitions of Development Permit

Development Permit means a permit issued for construction on or development of land when no subsequent building permit issued pursuant to Chapter 9 of Title 6 is required.
