Development Permit definition

Development Permit means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;

Development Permit means any permit issued by the city of North Bend, or other authorized agency, for construction, land use, or the alteration of land.

Development Permit shall refer the permit issued in accordance with the requirements and procedures outlined in the Code.

• Application for a Floodplain Development Permit shall be made to the Floodplain Administrator prior to any development activities located within Special Flood Hazard Areas.

More Definitions of Development Permit

Development Permit means a permit issued for construction on or development of land when no subsequent building permit issued pursuant to Chapter 9 of Title 6 is required.
