  • In the event that the Project Company fails to provide its approval with respect to a Budget For Management Services within thirty (30) days of its receipt of the Budget For Management Services provided by the Manager, the matter may be submitted by either Party for determination pursuant to Article 8 of a reasonable Budget For Management Services based on the terms of this Agreement.
