Foreign Approved Depositories definition

Foreign Approved Depositories means any of the foreign depository institutions or vault facilities listed on Schedule 1.1C hereto, which list and/or the limits set forth thereon, as applicable, may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of Agent, provided that any such amendment shall only become effective if the same is not objected to in writing by the Required Lenders and delivered to Agent within fifteen (15) calendar days after Agent provides written notice to the Lenders thereof, provided further that each such depository institution or vault facility, as applicable, shall be a Foreign Approved Depository only to the extent of the Borrower’s insurance coverage at such location.
Foreign Approved Depositories means any of the foreign depository institutions or vault facilities listed on Schedule 1.1C hereto, which list may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of the Required Lenders.

More Definitions of Foreign Approved Depositories

Foreign Approved Depositories means HSBC Bank USA, London Branch and MKS Finance S.A., Geneva, Switzerland, provided at no time shall the aggregate Market Value of the Precious Metal held by both of them exceed US$3,000,000 and US$3,000,000 in the case of HSBC BANK USA, individually, and US$1,000,000 in the case of MKS Finance S.A., individually. The Company may with the prior written approval of each Lender add or remove Foreign Approved Depositories, without further amendment of this Agreement, on such terms and conditions as the Lenders shall determine are appropriate.
Foreign Approved Depositories means any of the foreign depository institutions or vault facilities listed in Exhibit 1 annexed hereto, which list may be amended from time to time with the prior written approval of the Lenders.

Related to Foreign Approved Depositories

  • Foreign Depository means (a) Euroclear, (b) Clearstream Banking, societe anonyme, (c) each Eligible Securities Depository as defined in Rule 17f-7 under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, identified to the Fund from time to time, and (d) the respective successors and nominees of the foregoing.

  • UK Financial Institutions means any BRRD Undertaking (as such term is defined under the PRA Rulebook (as amended from time to time) promulgated by the United Kingdom Prudential Regulation Authority) or any person falling within IFPRU 11.6 of the FCA Handbook (as amended from time to time) promulgated by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority, which includes certain credit institutions and investment firms, and certain affiliates of such credit institutions or investment firms.

  • Designated Accounts as used in any security agreement means both the Designated Accounts hereunder and the “Designated Accounts” in the comparable agreement entered into with respect to any other Pledgor.

  • Foreign Assets means any of the Portfolios’ investments (including foreign currencies) for which the primary market is outside the United States and such cash and cash equivalents as are reasonably necessary to effect the Portfolios’ transactions in such investments.
