Foreign Subsidiary Lenders definition

Foreign Subsidiary Lenders has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • If Agent shall request instructions from Lenders or Foreign Subsidiary Lenders with respect to any act or action (including failure to act) in connection with this Agreement or any Ancillary Agreement, Agent shall be entitled to refrain from such act or taking such action unless and until Agent shall have received instructions from the Required Lenders; and Agent shall not incur liability to any Person by reason of so refraining.

  • Foreign Subsidiary Borrower means any Eligible Foreign Subsidiary that becomes a Foreign Subsidiary Borrower pursuant to Section 2.23 and that has not ceased to be a Foreign Subsidiary Borrower pursuant to such Section.

  • Domestic Subsidiary Borrower any Subsidiary Borrower which is a Domestic Subsidiary.

  • Foreign Subsidiary means any Subsidiary that is not a Domestic Subsidiary.

  • Foreign Subsidiary Holdco any Domestic Subsidiary that has no material assets other than the Capital Stock of one or more Foreign Subsidiaries, and other assets relating to an ownership interest in any such Capital Stock.
