In the event an FXCCM does not comply with the foregoing attendance requirements, the Clearing House reserves the right to replace any member of the ForexClear DMG.
The Clearing House, in consultation with the ForexClear DMG, shall prescribe such procedures (in addition to those set out herein) for the conduct of the auction process as it considers reasonably appropriate from time to time.
For the avoidance of doubt, an FXCCM shall be entitled to submit a bid on behalf of one or more affiliated FXCCMs. The ForexClear DMG will oversee the bidding process in a manner which it considers best protects the resources of the Clearing House and ensures an orderly process.
